To us, the boating lifestyle is wonderfully characterized by a beautiful sunset on the water.  It’s a reminder of the splendor of life and has a way of bringing our focus back to what’s most important. (Psalm 19:1)  A sunset on the water is a celebration to share with family and friends.

 

At Sunset, we are boaters, and while we specialize in high performance, we strive to place our focus on quality boats throughout the boating spectrum.

As a fully licensed, bonded and insured Florida brokerage, we represent buyers and sellers, to insure that they are properly protected through the buying and selling process.  It is our job to connect qualified buyers with the sellers of premium boats. 

 

We serve sellers by only bringing qualified and legitimate offers, and by insuring proper distribution of closing proceeds to the seller (and their finance company) insuring you have good funds at the closing of the transaction.  We serve buyers by insuring proper transfer of clear title on quality vessels, with the assurance that your funds are safe and secure through acceptance of the boat.  We also help to secure the proper financing and insurance for the buyer as well.

 

We focus on keeping the days on the market (DOM) minimized for the seller by presenting a comprehensive market valuation analysis of their boat prior to listing.  At Sunset, we want to sell your boat, not just list your boat… Our historical DOM average for all sold boats is 111 days over the past 5-years, and on average we close sales at 92% of the asking price, while managing millions of dollars in active listings annually.

 

We utilize the top listing services in the industry, including Yacht World and Boat Trader, as well as direct mail campaigns to reach the boating community, and have relationships with the top brokers in the industry through our association with the IYBA.

 

Each listing will include full color brochures and detailed specifications, for distribution to prospective buyers

 

We provide monthly reporting showing activity on the listing, so we can make adjustments if needed to increase traffic and buyer interest

 

We utilize easy electronic documents for closing, as well as title, insurance, finance; and, USCG documentation services are available, making Sunset Boats a one-stop source.
